Newsletter Archive Welcome!
This is where all my newsletters live. I don't send often—usually 1-2 times a month, sometimes less. But when I do, I share honest reflections on grief, end-of-life care, the shoulder critic, and the writing life. Think of it as a conversation between friends about the hard, beautiful things we don't talk about enough. Scroll down to have a read.

But the question that always makes me smile is: "Wait - so the shoulder critic is real?"
Yes. And also no. And also - it's complicated.

And then everything shattered.
